How accurate is my birth chart?
Every chart is calculated using Swiss Ephemeris-grade planetary data (the same standard professional astrologers use), with automatic timezone and location lookup for your exact birth details. We use the Placidus house system by default. Every chart is recalculated and visually verified against your submitted birth details before it goes to print.
I don't know my exact birth time. Can I still order?
Yes. Let us know at checkout (or leave the time field blank) and we'll generate a solar chart instead. This is still fully personalized to your birth date and location, but house placements, which depend on exact birth time, won't be included. We'll note this on your chart.
What if I made a mistake entering my birth details?
Email us within 4 hours of ordering at {{ shop.email }} and we'll correct it before production at no charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
What's the difference between framed and unframed?
Unframed prints are on premium matte archival paper, shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube, ready for you to frame yourself. Framed prints arrive ready to hang in a sleek black frame sized to match your print exactly, shipped boxed with corner protection.
How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 2–5 business days, then standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, about 7–12 business days total. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I order a chart for someone else, like a baby or a partner?
Yes, just enter their birth date, time, and location at checkout instead of your own. It's a popular choice for birth announcements, anniversary gifts, and couples' gifts.
What happens to my birth data after I order?

Is this a real astrological chart, or a generic zodiac print?
It's a real, calculated chart, not a generic zodiac sign poster. Every planet is placed exactly where it was at the moment and location you specify.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every poster is custom-made, we can't accept general returns once production starts, but we guarantee accuracy and will reprint at no charge for our errors or damaged items. Full details in our Refund Policy.
