How do I submit my vows?
Right at checkout. After you add your size and edition to the cart, a short form appears before you confirm your order. Paste your vows, your names, and your wedding date directly into the form. Premium customers also upload their wedding photo and share a link to their first dance song. No emails, no file attachments — everything happens in one place.
Do I see a proof before it prints?
Yes, always. We send a digital proof to your email within 2 business days of your order. Nothing goes to print until you have reviewed it and approved it. If anything looks off — spacing, spelling, layout — just tell us and we will revise it at no charge.
What if I made a typo in my vows?
Tell us when you review your proof. Corrections before approval are free. Once a canvas is in production we cannot stop it, which is exactly why we never skip the proof step.
How long does it take?
Proof sent within 2 business days. Once you approve, your canvas is printed and ships within 2 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 7 business days after shipping. Total: 10 to 14 business days from order to doorstep in the contiguous US.
What sizes do you offer?
Two sizes: 12 by 16 inches (most popular — ideal as a gift or for bedroom and hallway walls) and 16 by 20 inches (statement piece for living rooms and feature walls). Both arrive pre-stretched on a wooden frame with hanging hardware included, ready to hang.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard edition: your vows typeset on one of six curated background styles. Premium edition: everything in Standard, plus your own wedding photo softly faded behind your vows as the background, and a QR code in the corner that plays your first dance song when scanned.
What background styles are available?
Six styles: Classic Ivory (crisp white and cream with a serif font), Midnight Script (deep navy with gold lettering), Watercolor Blush (soft pink and mauve washes), Garden Sage (muted sage green with a botanical border), Modern Minimal (light grey with a clean sans-serif font), and Gilded Edge (warm cream with a gold foil border). You choose your style at checkout.
What if my photo quality is not good enough for the Premium edition?
Most wedding photos work beautifully — even phone photos — because the image is softly faded in the background rather than shown at full resolution. Our team reviews every photo before sending your proof. If quality might affect the result, we will contact you with options before anything prints.
Can I order if my wedding was years ago?
Absolutely. Anniversary gifts, vows found in an old keepsake box, couples who simply never got around to it — your vows do not expire. Neither does the idea of honoring them.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
Every canvas is made to order. We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors on your side. However, if your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it — just send a photo within 7 days of delivery. Any error on our end is corrected immediately at no cost to you.
