Refund & Return Policy

All Kept Vows canvas orders are custom-made and non-returnable. Because every piece is personalized to your vow text, names, and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

Proof Guarantee

Before we print anything, we send you a digital proof for approval. Nothing goes to print until you approve it. Please review your proof carefully — spelling, names, dates, layout — before approving.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved, we will reprint and reship it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage at hello@keptvows.com.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as you have not yet submitted your vow text and no proof has been sent. Once a proof has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled.
