Terms of Service

By placing an order with Kept Vows, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders

All Kept Vows products are made to order based on content you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of all text, names, dates, and other details submitted at checkout or via email. We reproduce your content exactly as submitted.

Proof Approval

Before your canvas goes to print, we send you a digital proof for review. By approving your proof, you confirm that all content is correct and authorize us to proceed with production. Kept Vows is not responsible for errors in content that was approved by the customer.

Intellectual Property

By submitting content (text, photos, or other materials), you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant Kept Vows a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order. We do not share, sell, or use your personal content for any other purpose.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in USD.

Limitation of Liability

Kept Vows' liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
